If you’ve seen the new Netflix movie The Life List, you know exactly why we’re feeling all the feelings right now. Is the film a little cringe? Yes. But it’s also the kind of story that gently cracks you open—in the best way, and reminds you to reevaluate from time to time. Haven’t watched it? The film follows a woman in grief who is tasked with figuring out what she really wants by revisiting the bucket list she wrote when she was thirteen. While I don’t think that most of us want the same things we wanted during puberty, there’s something to be said for trying new things, and asking ourselves “what do I want and who do I want to be?” at every age and stage. It’s tender, funny, and deeply relatable for any woman who’s ever questioned the path she’s on (which is probably all of us if we’re being honest). Watching it felt like a permission slip to dream again—because we all deserve to chase what lights us up (and sometimes we need a reminder of what that things even is).

Life has a way of shifting beneath our feet—quietly, suddenly, or all at once.

Maybe you’re falling in love. Maybe you’re emerging from a divorce or navigating single motherhood. Maybe you’re watching your kids grow while trying to remember who you are. Maybe you’re just feeling the pull of something new, something deeper, something more you.

Wherever you are—starting over, breaking open, or building something beautiful from scratch—you’re not alone.

Here at House of Eos, we believe in the power of change and in the power of community. We believe in the bravery it takes to evolve. And we believe in giving ourselves permission to keep growing, dreaming, learning, and living, no matter our age or stage.

That’s where the Life List Challenge comes in.

What Is a Life List?

A Life List is more than a bucket list. It’s not about skydiving or ticking off extreme goals (though it can be). It’s about intention. Curiosity. Joy. It’s about choosing to stay open to life—even after it’s cracked you open. It’s about finding the things that make us happy and getting away from the things that don’t.

It’s for every woman who has felt lost and wants to feel found again.

It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t end after the hard thing happens. In fact, that’s when the real magic begins.

Why We’re Doing This Together
